Effective date: 08-16-2025
This Privacy Policy explains how Skyezo ("Skyezo," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you visit our website, contact us, or use our services. If you do not agree with this Policy, please do not use our site or services.
Plain‑English note: We wrote this in clear language to help you understand what we do with your information.

B) Information collected automatically

Legal bases for individuals in the EEA/UK. Where GDPR applies, we rely on: (i) performance of a contract, (ii) our legitimate interests (for example, to secure and improve services, or market to existing customers), (iii) your consent (for non‑essential cookies or email marketing, where required), and (iv) compliance with legal obligations.
4) How we share information
We do not sell personal information. We share information with:
-
Service providers who help us run the business (hosting, security, analytics, email, customer support, payment processing). They may only use the information to perform services for us.
-
Advertising and measurement partners to help us reach the right audiences and understand performance. Where required by law, we will request your consent and/or provide an opt‑out.
-
Professional advisors (lawyers, accountants) and authorities where legally required.
-
Business transfers (for example, merger, acquisition, or sale of assets). We will notify you of any material changes to ownership or data use.

Your privacy rights depend on your location. Subject to applicable law, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing, and to receive a copy of your information in a portable format. You may also withdraw consent at any time (this will not affect processing already performed). To exercise a right, contact us at {{privacy@skyezo.com}}. We will verify your request and respond within the time required by law.
California (United States). If you are a California resident, you may have rights to know/access, delete, correct, opt‑out of the sale or sharing of personal information, limit the use of sensitive personal information, and be free from discrimination for exercising rights. To opt‑out of sale or sharing for cross‑context behavioral advertising, use the “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link (where offered) or contact us.
EEA/UK. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. We encourage you to contact us first so we can address your concerns.
6) Data retention
We keep personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Typical examples:

-
Marketing contacts: kept until you unsubscribe or request deletion, and then suppressed to respect your choice.
-
Web analytics logs: kept for a limited period useful for security and performance (for example, 12–18 months), unless a longer period is required by law or to investigate issues.
7) Cookies and similar technologies
Cookies are small files placed on your device. We use:
-
Strictly necessary cookies to make the site work (for example, security, load balancing, sessions).
-
Performance/analytics cookies to understand how the site is used and improve it.
-
Advertising cookies to reach people likely to be interested in our services and to measure campaigns.
You can control cookies via our on‑site preferences banner, your browser settings, or your mobile device advertising settings. Disabling certain cookies may affect site functionality.
8) Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information (for example: access controls, encryption in transit, logging, and vendor due diligence). No method of transmission or storage is fully secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9) International transfers
If we transfer personal information outside of your country, we will use appropriate safeguards as required by law (for example, standard contractual clauses approved for international transfers) and will take steps to ensure the information continues to be protected.
10) Children’s privacy
Our services are not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the age required by local law). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.
11) Do Not Track
Some browsers send a “Do Not Track” signal. Because there is no industry standard for responding to these signals, we currently do not respond to them. We will update this Policy if a standard is adopted.
12) Links to other websites
Our website may link to third‑party sites. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies. We are not responsible for third‑party content or privacy practices.
13) Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. The “Effective date” at the top shows the latest version. If we make material changes, we will post a notice on this page and, where required, obtain your consent.
14) Contact us
Questions about this Policy or our privacy practices? Contact us at {{privacy@skyezo.com}}. If you are in the EEA/UK, you can also contact your local data protection authority.
15) Additional information for business customers (processor role)

-
We process it only on documented instructions, for the purposes in our agreement;
-
We implement appropriate security measures;
-
We assist the customer in meeting obligations regarding data subject requests and incident notifications;
-
We require sub‑processors to meet comparable obligations; and
-
We delete or return personal information at the end of the engagement, unless law requires retention.
